In 1973, Bernard-Yves Sabot<\/strong> arrived in Varanasi.<\/span>
\nThe city was then known as \u00ab\u00a0Benares\u00a0\u00bb…<\/span><\/p>\n

He has created, against all odds, an NGO to help the poorest of the city.<\/span>
\nPoorest among the poors, those who have absolutly nothing to hang on.<\/span><\/p>\n

His death in 2007 saddened the whole team, who deceide to rename the association to include his name.<\/span>
\n\u00ab\u00a0Kashi BY Seva\u00a0\u00bb was born.<\/span><\/p>\n

End of 2017, a new comitee was elected.\u00a0 And the first wish of the new president was to rename the association as before.\u00a0 So, \u00ab\u00a0Action Benar\u00e8s\u00a0\u00bb re-born, as a remember of Bernard Yves Sabot.<\/span><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
